15 Movies That Are Perfect To Celebrate Women's Day

The art that movies bring out to us is almost unmatched. You know... the villain, the hero and the damsel in distress? Well... no we're not talking about that rotten idea of films at all, but rather we're here to mention the multi-faceted actress... the intelligent heroine... or the femme fatal.

We as art loving humans have come far ahead to understand that the sole concept of 'The Hero' and 'The Villain' in the films we see is just absurd. The heroine is not just capable of holding the hero's hand but crush a man's skull if need be. They're not just about sharing a song sequence but also make new beginnings all by themselves.

Check this list of 15 movies that are perfect to catch a glimpse of these heroines...

15 movies that are perfect to celebrate Women's Day.

12. Death Proof
Another kickass work by Tarantino, that talks about free-spirited american girls who love road trips, cars, guns and a firm fist fight with their stalker.
 13. Fire
A courageous film by Deepa Mehta, Fire speaks out loud about failed marriages, friendship and two women who wish to love each other.

Even if its not International Women's Day or Men's Day, let this list be an excuse to see how films can instill a sense of empowerment within you.
